2.What kind of comic figurines are sold in your online shop?

All the comic figurines are purely handmade,out of non toxic polymer clay. First, you can buy the figurines we have shown to you;Second,you can order the figurines that just look like you,created from your photos. Wedding cake toppers, custom wedding cake toppers(custom head + premade body), custom personalized gifts(custom head + premade body)and art dolls can be found in CharmOrigin online store.

3.What size are the comic figurines?

The figurine stands approximately 5 -7 inches tall.

4.Will the figurines look exactly like us?

Our goal is to get as close as we can to your likeness. But we do not guarantee a certain degree of likeness. They are not intended to be portraits but representations. The bodies will be cartoonish in representation. Hair, eye and skin colors are not guaranteed to match perfectly. We come as close as we can with what we are provided in the pictures. But all of those elements can differ substantially from picture to picture.

5.How long does the processing time of an order?

Shipping Method Production Time + Shipping Time = Total Turnaround Time
Standard:EMS/USPS 2-3 weeks + 5-7 business days = 3-4 weeks
Express:FedEx 1 weeks + 1-3 business days = 10 days

If time is a critical issue, order earlier and tell us the Exact Date you want to receive it. Please choose FedEx when checkout if you need your order to be delivered in 10 days.

Of course. Fully CUSTOM Comic Figurine is designed to your specifications in any theme you like. Please submit your full body pictures,including images of your clothes and poses that you like. If you can dream it up, we can make it out.

14.Do you deliver to PO / APO / FPO Boxes?

No, we do NOT deliver to PO / APO / FPO address, because EMS or FedEx does not deliver APO/FPO addresses due to their restriction.

15.Will I be notified when my order ships?

YES! After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email shipping notice, confirming that your package has been sent to you. The email will also provide you with a Tracking Number and a direct link to your tracking information in EMS or FedEx's tracking database.

You'll receive an email,which is from our website, with the information of the tracking number and the tracking way if your parcels is delivered.

17.What happens if I'm not in when my parcel is delivered ?

If you are not in when the courier attempts to delivery your order they will leave a card for you with details of your parcel reference and a telephone contact number. You can then contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from a local depot if you wish. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange your delivery or to collect your products. For your convenience, we recommend that you provide your daytime address (eg. work address) should there be any possibility of your usual contact address being unattended at the time of delivery. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

Contact us immediately. If it is simply a piece that gets knocked loose, you can usually simply glue it. If it suffers significant damage, you may return it to me for repair.

23.How do I order the wedding cake toppers or the custom wedding cake toppers?

A. For the wedding cake topper, you can directly place an order to purchase it. It will be same to the sample in the picture that we have shown to you.

B. For the custom wedding cake toppers(custom head + premade body) created from your photos, first,you should select a body style, add it to cart and then check out;second, after you have finished your payment process, email us clear photos of your couple with your couple's names and your wedding date. Then our artisans will sculpt the head and hair to make it look like the couple in the photos.
