We ship internationally! We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

We use DHL for most standard deliveries and either FedEx or UPS for express deliveries depending on your address.  We will update your order details with the correct tracking information when your order ships.

Our Business Revolves Around Your Event Date

Please make sure to indicate an accurate event date when placing your order.  We will set our entire production schedule around this date. 

Production Time

All custom orders are photo proofed with the customer before shipping.  We allow unlimited revisions as time allows for every order.  Each set of revisions takes approximately 3-5 days to complete.  Because of our photo proofing process and revision allowance, every order moves at its own rate.  We suggest following the schedule outlined below for selecting the best production/shipping method for your order.

Orange and Red Label Shipping

If your event is less than 4 weeks away, we suggest selecting the Orange or Red Label Shipping option at checkout.  We will notify you if we need a shipping upgrade in order to deliver your order in time.

Quick Ship Orders

Need your order in less than 2 weeks?  We offer many selections that can be shipped within 3 days to arrive at your destination.  Check the Quick Ship category for these products which can usually be shipped within 3 days of placing your order.  Quick Ship products are custom painted to your specifications.  We offer several generic body styles and head styles to reduce our production times. Depending on when you need your order and when your order is placed, we may or may not have time to photo proof your order with you before it ships.
