Please select a figurine style, add it to cart and check out. And then send your clear photos to service@charmorigin.com once you have finished the order and payment process. For details, please follow How To Order.

Our artisans will sculpt the head and hair to make it look like the person in the photo.

For the Production Cycle and Delivery

As all our crafts are handmade, they usually will be finished in 2 to 3 weeks or faster and delivered in 5-7 business days or faster since it’s ordered. You'll get a tracking number when it has been shipped.
